We offer you a variety of yoga classes including, Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha, Warm Vinyasa, Bikram/Vinyasa Fusion, Kids Yoga and a variety of workshops. Baptiste Power Yoga will elevate the variety of yoga offerings in the community at YUAB. Baptiste Power Yoga classes in the studio environment offer a safe and calm experience to the practitioner. Each and every Baptiste Power Yoga class will include signature Baptiste Power Yoga elements, asana, inquiry and mediation.

Baptiste classes at YUAB range in offerings from 60-90 minutes. The classes are done in a warm room ( 90 degrees with no humidity). The classes are all for all levels beginners to advanced students in one room leaves room for all to create and inspire together. The classes will follow the Baptiste Journey Into Power ( J.I.P) series. From integration to awakening to grounding to release, each class flows through a powerful Add to dictionary to empower you on your mat.

Candlelight Restorative Flow soothes the body and quiets the mind with slow, gentle movements & soft music to promote relaxation , restoration and rejuvenation to the body. This class incorporates a series of moon salutations to work out any tension & tightness from your daily activities...resulting in improved flexibility, reduced stress and restful sleep. 
This class will integrate elements of the Warm Vinyasa Yoga together with elements of the Bikram Yoga to create an extraordinary 'Fusion' of these two profound forms of Yoga.

TRADITIONAL HATHA YOGA
In a traditional hatha yoga class we will be focusing on body, mind and breath awareness throughout your practice. Each class will be designed to open the energy channels in your body allowing your natural energy to flow more freely and evenly. There will be a strong emphasis on proper alignment, breath work, and concentration to bring balance, flexibility, strength and calmness to every practitioner. 
The class format will be a bit more informal and in a warm setting.

An all levels Vinyasa class, experience the benefits of waking up to yoga in a heated room and soothing music as you stretch your body, awaken your mind, and fuel your soul. This class incorporates a series of sun salutations to work out any tension & tightness from your nights slumber, leaving you feeling energized, rejuvenated, and prepared to flow through your day with ease.
Suitable for all levels, this playful, powerful, energetic Vinyasa class linking breath with movement is designed to create heat in the body using a flowing series of postures. The results are increased strength, flexibility, balance, and clarity of mind. With a heated room set to 90-95, and an upbeat playlist, this energetic practice will leave you ready to flow around the obstacles that come your way, empowering your strength to face anything!
YIN YOGA
In a yin yoga class we will be focusing on naturally relaxing into postures and holding them for an extended amount of time- usually about 5-10 minutes each. This will be a floor-based practice focusing on opening up the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Yin helps to strengthen and support your ligaments, joints, bones and fascia while releasing stress, anxiety and tension buildup. You can expect to use props to help relieve any resistance or tightness in your body. The props will aid you into naturally relaxing and surrendering into the postures. Yin yoga is the perfect compliment and balance to any of your more muscular yang practices- Bikram, Vinyasa, and Hatha.

What is pyroPILATES?
PyroPILATES is a low impact training system that combines pilates based deep core strengthening along with cardiovascularly challenging High Intensity Interval Training for an intense, fun workout that increases strength, stamina, flexibility and quality of life. PyroPILATES classes are 60 minutes, fast paced, heated and are conducted to music. The primary elements of pyroPILATES are:
-movement of the body originating from the POWERHOUSE (core)
-conscious body awareness
-self empowerment
-physical and mental stamina
-integrity of movement and form
